ACC is committed to providing first-class product support and customer service. We provide support for our solutions through multiple channels. This can be done online through EPICweb, by phone, email or fax. A maintenance and support agreement with ACC allows you to receive information about new product releases, including bug fixes, enhancements and revisions to our application software.
Our telephone support is "live" as specified in our support and maintenance contract. This means that unlike some companies that offer call-back support, all of our calls are routed to an analyst dedicated to serving you. Over 60% of incoming issues can be resolved through the primary contact.
Issues that cannot be resolved immediately by our Tier 1 consultants will be escalated to the appropriate field specialist. Our goal of contacting users who have tracked issues depends on the severity of the issue. Analysts may involve developers in the process, but they still retain ownership of the issues. Analysts update issues whenever a user is contacted or additional information is required, and an up-to-date audit trail is created for all issues.
